Keeping the right distance.

A key to a powerful swing is a wide swing arc. A common mistake is to collapse the right hand toward the right shoulder at the top of the swing. Maintaining the distance between the right hand and right shoulder though out your backswing will translate a wider swing arc and increased clubhead speed.
