Swing Kite

A ‘low resistance’ trainer, the Swing Kite is lightweight and encourages a free release through impact

I have to admit I found this swing trainer a little difficult to assemble, but once I had the straps and the Kite section in place, it made for a good work-out.

Fairly lightweight, I would term this a mid-resistance trainer, and as such it might be more suitable for ladies, younger players and seniors.

Designed to create a great sense of swish through impact, the fins help to give you an idea of swinging on a good path and plane.

The Swing Kite folds away easily and is light to carry.
