Apply to the palms of the hands prior to exercise but do not try to rub in too well leaving a thin coating on palms and fingers. The cream will then dry in 20 to 30 seconds, leaving a fine white natural film. Ideal for golfers in hot humid conditions where perspiration can cause slippage it works equally as well in the wet although applications may have to be more frequent.
