The Zebra's New Stripes

London - Teardrop Golf UK Ltd have announced the creation of six new models of the Zebra mallets.

The newly designed mallets feature a unique cavity with three dimensional alignment lines, claimed to produce a unique sound and visual effect. The putters are cast in stainless steel and precision milled, using Teardrop's roll face technology in order to reduce skid and effect a smoother roll.

Each putter still has the traditional two-bend shaft which, in Teardrop's own words, "offers the best feel and control for perfect hand position". The new design are face balanced, with the aim of reducing twisting and keeping the face square to the target.

The new roll face Zebra putters will be available from March 1999 at a recommended retail price of £86.00.
