GOLF ANNOUNCES ROSTER OF 1999 STAFF

Fred Couples to TearDrop family, presence of TearDrop, Armour, RAM
brands reinforeced, moving forward across the board on tour.

Golf Company (Nasdaq: TDRP) today announced its 1999 roster of staff
players for its TearDrop Armour and RAM brands at the 1999 PGA Merchandise
Show at the Orange County Convention Centre in Orlando. Rudy Slucker,
CEO of TearDrop Golf, made the announcement.
"
We're thrilled to field a record number of professional staff players
who have chosen to paly one or more the TearDrop, Armour and RAM
products", Mr Slucker said. "In a ear when the PGA Tour
purses are up 30%, the sheer volume of players switching to our
products is a compelling testimony to TearDrop's sophisticated but
accessible technologies. So far we've signed 21 players, with more
expected by the end of the PGA Merchandise Show".
"We
made it a priority last year to establish the strongest Tour staff
in recent memory for any of our equipment divisions, and this year
we wanted to reinforce that presence".
TearDrop
scored a major coup this past year in negotiating the endorsement
rights to Fred Couples, who will be the key corporate spokesperson
for hte TearDrop Golf Company.
TearDrop's
1999 Staff Player roster now includes Fred Couples, Tom Watson,
Omar Uresti, JL Lewis, Chip Beck, Jay Delsing, Mike Brisky, Mike
Standly, Tim Loustalot, Paul Tesori, Pat Fitzimmons, Paul Goydos,
Eric Booker, Chris Couch and Tommy Armour III.
Also
headlining the TearDrop roster are Tom Byrum, Tommy Tolles, Bradley
Hughes, Joey Sindelar, Doug Towell and Steve Jones.
Staff
players will play one or more of TearDrop's three product lines,
TearDrop ROLL-FACE putters, Armours 845's Irons and RAM Irons and
Wedges.
