Ever sat in a golf buggy during a really heavy shower and wished that you could just close the door and wait it out, except that there aren't any doors and you're getting soaked? Or been frozen in a biting wind or plagued with flies? Well Northern-Ireland base Mobile Equipment Enclosures LTD (MEE) has come up with the solution - a low cost rigid total enclosure with a large sliding door on each side - it is a comfortable and as cozy as your car.

The innovative aluminum and acrylic structure, which weighs just 75 pounds, can be permanently fitted in 15 minutes. The bolt on fastening method means there's no drilling or screwing - all you need is a spanner.

In inclement weather or conditions, the enclosure will keep you as snug as a bug. In hot weather, with the two doors open and the rear summer panel removed, the buggy is as cool as an open conventional buggy. Another innovative feature is a flip over cover which protects the golf clubs and jacket basket from rain -no more wet grips!

The enclosure is expected to retail at under US$600 including packaging and freight and with world-wide patents pending, MEE is seeking applications for international distributors.
