PowaKaddy announce
1998 product line-up
Sittingbourne, Kent
- PowaKaddy International has just released details of its 1998
product line-up which will be in golf shops shortly.
Leading the new range
is the improved Standard Classic which now includes silent electronics
and a super high-grade speed switch. The Classic is available as
standard or with a wide range of options.
The most popular addition
to the range is likely to be the Classic Deluxe which features a
deluxe box seat with accessory case, a powerful longer life 28amp/hr
Sonnenschein battery, complete with carry case and an innovative
Zero Tip fourth wheel to give extra stability.
On hilly courses the
new Brake set will prove a welcome enhancement. This detachable
system is easy to use and is said to be very effective. A simple
squeeze lever slows the trolley down on both wheels giving absolute
control and no strain. In addition a parking button on the
handle allows the trolley to halted and parked on the side of a
hill.
At the top of the range
is the new Classic FM Remote. With a range of up to 150 yards, the
remote handset allows the trolley to be sent forward to desired
spot at will. The FM frequency and pulse communication system means
the trolley is never out of control. If contact is lost the cart
shuts down ensuring absolute safety and security.
The popular 4 wheel
single seat PowaKaddy Discovery also includes new features for 1998
including memory integrated track rods and lightweight racing
wheels for more durability and easier handling on and off the course.Test
drives at any UK or Irish course can be booked through the PGA professional
on site.
The 1998 range also
offers a full choice of non-powered pull carts. This range fits all
needs, from the budgeted PowaKaddy Pullman LX2 to the smart and
fully featured Blade and the compact PowaKaddy Micra 6000.
