have a putter made in ST Andrews Scotland.It is stamped with
a hole in one flag.it also has the word giraffe and is hand
forged.I would like any information you could send me

'Giraffe' is normally associated with wooden shafted putters
with especially long hosels or necks - hence the name! Made
in the mid-twenties they have proved quite collectible with
value around the £60 mark. As for the actual maker, that is
probably Forgans of St Andrews who were known to have used
such a trademark.
