Penna woods are extremely popular clubs among a small group
of classic club collectors in the United States. A tournament
pro employed by Macgregor his input revolutionised club design
in the late 1950's and much of the company's subsequent success
was entirely down to him. That said, his clubs from the mid
1970's have very little collectible value compared with his
earlier work. I would suggest that $50 would not be too far
out.
