Hi-Tec’s new Spring/Summer 2001 range will once again combine innovation and quality to bring exciting new products to the forefront of the golf footwear market.

A key product in the new range is the Hi-Tec Steptoe (rep £39.99), a golf sandal which looks set to be a major hit with golfers this summer. Widely accepted by golf courses across Britain, the Steptoe features Green Friend cleats and has a nubuc leather fourway stretch neoprene upper.

The Steptoe has four Velcro fastenings providing a precision fit whilst a suede contoured footbed cradles the foot. A sculpted phylon midsole ensures lightness and comfort and the sole has a raised protective toeguard to allow for full follow through.

An oversize durable rubber outsole gives maximum ground contact and the Steptoe is available in Hickory/Black and Black/Grey sizes 6-12 (UK).

The new Hi-Tec Warwick Softair (rrp £49.99) is a classic shoe for the discerning golfer, with a permair softair leather upper. The soft leather construction protects against water, scuffs, and stains ensuring you get maximum comfort whilst allowing your feet to breathe.

A Green Friend Lite sole and Green Friend cleats feature on the Warwick Softair which also has a cushioned footbed for added comfort and durability. Available in Black, Brown, and White/Brown sizes 6-12 (UK).

The immensely popular Hi-Tec Regulator (rrp £79.99) will be introducing new colourways for Spring/Summer 2001. Black/Tan and White/Brown colours will be added to the range, complementing the original all black design.

Space age technology fuels the Regulator which has unique microcapsules in the footbed which actively regulate foot temperature. Outlast advanced technology, originally developed for NASA space suits, features in the shoe to control the golfer’s foot temperature.

The Regulator shoes ensure golfers experience comfort in all temperature conditions and a Tecproof breathable membrane means the shoe is waterproof and breathable. The Regulator has a full grain leather upper and a Green Friend Evolution Outsole providing athletic cushioning and shock absorption.

Multi directional lugs provide up and down hill grip, swing dams give lateral grip and anti-clogging Fast Twist Green Friend Cleats provide great traction and durability. The Regulator is available in sizes 6-12 (UK)
