In the year 2000, the adidas Tour Traxion was the fastest growing shoe on the European PGA Tour. It was largely responsible for adidas' domination of
the golf footwear markets in France and Germany in 2000. Now, in 2001, adidas has revealed the next generation in traxion technology - the Z Traxion Tour.

The new 3-striped performance shoe is traditionally styled with a solid outsole and a defined heel. It has a quality leather upper and lining, and it combines all the latest technologies from adidas:

• The Z lugs combined with fast twist Traxion cleats provide superior grip, comfort and stability throughout the round.
• A SympaTex breathable lining keeps the foot completely dry.
• adiPrene cushioning in the heel helps absorb impact pressure.
• The Torsion system allows the forefoot to move independently of the
  rearfoot, aiding the natural movement of the foot.

Over 30 Tour players on the European Tour, including Garcia, Els, Poulter,
Rose, McGinley and Goosen, will be wearing the Z Traxion shoe on Tour this
year.

Available in white/black or white/molasses, the shoe comes in sizes 6.5 to
13.
