In Aim & Alignment!
AT-505
Irons from Thomas Golf”
Look out!
Here comes the AT-505 Irons from Thomas Golf, Inc.,
a new company that’s shaking up the industry. By combining
the latest in technological advancements with outstanding
innovative thinking, Thomas Golf has created a patented set
of Irons (3-PW) featuring the first ever
“Aim and Alignment System”. This alignment technology
is like nothing else in golf! What does all
this mean for the future owners of the AT-505? …placing
their shots closer to the pin than ever before!
 |
Leading
professional instructors have worked hand-in-hand with
this new and exciting company, for they fully understand
that misalignment is one of the most common errors in
golf. The goal was simple, “to develop an alignment
system which would lower the scores of golfers at all
skill levels”. Thomas Golf reached this goal with
|
| outstanding
success. Independent research has shown that the “Aim
and Alignment Technology” of the AT-505 Iron greatly improves
accuracy and lowers scores. Thomas Golf has quickly become
the industry leader in Aim and Alignment. |
The patented
Advanced Top Plane was meticulously designed to incorporate
an indicator that is parallel to the ground and perpendicular
to the face. This relationship assures the club is in the
correct address position and provides the golfer with dual
axial alignment of the striking surface, thus guaranteeing
correct direction and loft every time. These clubs are the
result of the company’s unsurpassed commitment to product
design, research and development.
Alignment
In
order for a golf ball to travel on the envisioned path, the
golf club must be aimed properly. If alignment of the club
is not correct, then the golfer’s hands, arms, head, shoulders,
hips, knees, and feet will have to compensate for the misalignment.
This always leads to inconsistency.
It
is important for the golfer to start with proper club alignment,
then align the body to the club head. This is the only
way golfers can consistently swing on plane and therefore
hit closer to the target.
Because
the club’s toe is higher then the heel, the slanted top plane
of the iron aims about 20 degrees to the right of the target
line. This makes irons hard to aim, particularly because the
ball and grass obscure the iron’s leading edge.
he new
patented AT-505 irons solve this alignment problem by using
an indicator on the top plane so the golfer can:

1st...... Stand behind the ball looking at the target
landing area, then visually work your eyes back to the ball,
picking a small spot only inches in front of the ball and
on the target line.
2nd....
Walk to the side of the ball and aim the AT-505’s top plane
indicator at the spot in front of the ball. (The patented
top plane indicator is parallel to the ground and perpendicular
to the club face)
3rd
.... Align your shoulders, hips, and knees parallel with
the irons indicator.
Now
that your club and body are aligned properly, go ahead and
finish your normal routine.
