MIZUNO IRONS BRANDED NO 1 BY TOP GOLFERS
Mizuno have retained the No.1 iron on tour status for 2000
on both the European and US Tours.
The survey carried out by Sports Marketing Surveys revealed
that Mizuno beat off strong competition rom its rivals Callaway,
Titleist, Ping and Taylor Made to win the cumulative total
for the year.
Mizuno
also achieved No.1 in cuts made and No. 2 in money won. Other
highlights included being No.1 iron at the Open and the winning
driver at The US Masters.
Mizuno Forged irons which are commonly believed to be the
world's best, give a level of feel control and precision that
is unrivalled by any other manufacturer. It is this level
of quality that encourages more professionals to play Mizuno
irons on both the US and European Tours than any other brand.
Mizuno
also took the honour of being No.1 iron on The US Tour for
the 7th consecutive season. The title was clinched at the
South Western Farm Classic, when Mizuno had 31 sets of irons
in play.
